BAGUIO CITY — The Samahan ng mga Kababaihan ng Barangay Andres Bonifacio formally opened a community store at the barangay outpost earlier this month, offering products made by its members as part of the organization’s livelihood activities.
Punong Barangay Janet Tiamzon led the opening ceremony and acknowledged the support extended to the women’s group. The establishment of the store was made possible through the financial and material assistance of Ervin Francisco Gaerlan and the Metro Baguio Rotary Club.
The store carries food products and household essentials produced by members of the organization, including baked goods, coffee, peanuts, vinegar, chili oil, dishwashing liquid, fabric conditioner, liquid detergent, and detergent powder.
Members manage the production and daily operations of the store. The organization also accepts catering orders for events, providing additional income opportunities for its members. Those interested may contact the group through its Facebook page, Samahan ng mga Kababaihan ng Andres Bonifacio Brgy.-Mileyvonne Tiamzon
